-Products sold in our shop are not tested by us.
-Every product comes with a 30-day start-up guarantee.
-We can send a product for testing on request for an additional fee.
-The "New" items are usually so-called "old stock", which means that they have never been used, but may have unsealed or damaged original packaging or no packaging at all. Such items may also bear minor marks from prolonged storage.
-"Used" items may bear visible signs of use but still have their function.
-Items "with a small defect". If a product has a visible defect that we are able to spot, this is indicated in the photos and included in the product description. These are usually minor mechanical faults, such as a cracked casing, which do not affect the function of the device.
-Items "In need of repair or for parts". If we are certain that an item is not fully functional or is incomplete, but can be repaired or used for spare parts.
